Jay and his crew are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them. We wanted to overhaul the landscaping for our house and just make the small area that we have more usable and less maintenance. I had a small yard that had an overgrown lawn. I hired design theory to redesign it to have a low maintenance cozy backyard to be able to have BBQs and enjoy the Seattle summers. Design theory gave me creative designs that reused existing material and improvised on the space at a reasonable rate. They gave me options to choose from to accommodate my budget. Once we had mutual agreement on the project, they were prompt, punctual and implemented the project within the timeframe and budget that we decided on.
